David Dougherty, MD

Dr. Dougherty is a Lexington native and graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at University of Alabama Birmingham and subsequent Infectious Disease fellowship at Vanderbilt University.​ Dr. Dougherty is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. He is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America, Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America, and the American College of Physicians.
