Susan Hoff-Thomas, APRN

Susan Hoff-Thomas is a graduate of Midway College, Associates Degree, Nursing in 1992, and earned her Bachelors of Science, Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 1997. She completed her Masters of Science, Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 1999 and her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification in June, 2002. Susan has been a Nurse Practitioner with Dr. Mark Dougherty at Lexington Infectious Disease Consultants, PSC since 2002.
